In Kenya and across Africa, Artificial Intelligence is fast becoming less of a novelty and more of a household tool. Nairobi-based startups and continental small businesses are beginning to use AI tools to automate daily tasks, increase efficiency in customer service and engagements and get more work done at a faster rate.
